Cuttack City ``A`` claimed a double crown, winning both the men``s and women``s titles in the 8th State Sepak Takraw Championship which concluded at Puri today. In the finals, Cuttack City ``A`` men beat Jajpur 2-0, while their women``s team defeated Cuttack Sadar ``A`` by identical margin.
